You have full access to this cozy and modern one bedroom, one bathroom back house. There is one other house in the front.

Parking:
It is a shared driveway however, there is one designated free parking space next to the house for our guests.
If additional parking is needed: Overnight street parking requires a parking permit which can be purchased online at the City of Alhambra website. The cost is $5 per night. A printer is provided for your convenience.
Gardeners are on the premises on Thursdays.
Guest access
Guest are allowed to access the entire home except a few cabinets in the kitchen marked “locked” and the locked storage in the laundry room.
