The Space:
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanities with plenty of storage, and a queen bed with french door access to the screened back porch.
The guest bedroom has pocket door access to the guest bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a queen bed with full bed bunk above, and french door access to the screened back porch.
The kitchen is well-stocked with counter seating for four guests, adjacent to the dining room with a round six-seater table and large family room complete with a smart TV and large cloud sectional sofa for the whole family to enjoy!

The private beach access is one block from the house. To get there, go to the end of the street, make a right on 30A, and look for the private beach access sign located three houses down on the left. There is ample parking for four vehicles.

Please note that when you arrive you will be supplied with one roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, two packets of laundry detergent, two kitchen garbage bags, and a small bottle of dish soap. These items are intended to get you started, however guests should plan to purchase additional necessities as needed for their stay.
We welcome well-behaved, housebroken pets. A pet fee if $250 will be added. The property has a partially fenced yard and screened back porch. The dead-end street is convenient to walk pets for potty breaks. Pets must be supervised and cannot be left outside unattended. Please pick up after your pets or an additional cleaning fee may apply.
