Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca, within 30 minutes of two airports, Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are some of the cleanest around and have been awarded the blue flag status.
Cala Piteras beach is a short 100m from the apartment and Punta Prima beach can also be visited if you don’t mind a short 800m walk. If you are driving, there are plenty of other beautiful beaches you can enjoy, including Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cala Capitan.
Other nearby facilities include Nautilus, a restaurant on the door step with breathtaking sea views, Consum supermarket (800m), a variety of bars and restaurants including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese or Indian, just a short 10-minute stroll away. You’ll be spoilt for choice if you are into golf too.
Zenia Boulevard is less than 10 minutes drive, an outdoor shopping center with more than 150 shops, restaurants, bowling alley, arcades and even a casino!
The traditional town of Torrevieja is a 15-minute drive away. There is an hourly bus service if you would like to visit its beautiful promenade with an array of bars, restaurants, boutiques and local markets. Water sports, fishing and sailing are also available at this popular town.
