Small private room in a shared 7 bedroom house 3.5 shared bathroom home on Frankton rd. This special place is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. Half way between Farnkton and Queenstown CBD. Just a short walk to the bus stop. This room is located down stairs. Shared bathrooms and full kitchen. Clean up after yourself. These is also small fridge, microwave, kettle in your room. A wall heater to keep you warm on the cold nights. The common areas are heated with a massive heat pump/ air con. You must clean up after yourself in the common areas immediately after use. This property is close to the main Frankton Rd so there is some road noise if you are a light sleeper BYO - bring your own ear plugs. Please be aware that this house has some age to it, so it's possible you may hear the footsteps of your room neighbors from time to time. We strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and appreciate your understanding. Access to your room is between 7am and 11pm only as the house is a quite zone between 11pm and 7am. Check in is after 3pm daily and check out is before 10am. The house has free WiFi free parking (first in first serve full use of the washing machines and dryer. Outside dining table and bbq area. There is usualy others in the house to help with local questions and there can be permanent tenants living in the house from time to time Julie the house manager is also available sometimes too. No parties gatherings or friends over only paying guest permitted on the property at anytime. There is an extra fee of $150 for having unplanned / unarranged visitors on the property per time/ day. The fee for pre arranged visitors is $40 per time per night (this must be pre arranged via a manager) Quite zone between 11pm and 7am.
