The Space:
This unit is located on the 5th floor of the 'Burgess Apartments' with a great South East facing balcony and beautiful views of the pristine coastline, the perfect spot to sit and watch the ships go by of an evening.
Fitted out with modern appliances including; dishwasher, fridge & freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave as well as all utensils, pans & pots etc.
We provide basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc.
This apartment features a great sized open plan living area, that seamlessly connects with the balcony letting in those amazing sea breezes. TV & Free Wi-Fi available.
Board games and children's books & toys available for use.
There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub! The master has an ensuite and takes in the full views of the coast line. All linen, bath towels, tea towels etc. are provided in the cleaning fee. Please just bring your own pool/beach towels.

Guest have access to the entire apartment and all common areas on the unit block grounds including swimming pool, spa, tennis court and BBQ area.
You will be meet by our host for key collection and access into the unit. Our host will provide details of where to return the keys upon departure.

All access details are sent early morning on the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Caloundra is home to great restaurants, cafes and boutiques all only a short stroll or drive away. Right next to the beautiful Kings Beach lagoon. The surrounding beaches are popular with swimmers and surfers and you are sure to catch a fish from the boardwalk at Bulcock Beach, the boardwalk extends from Golden Beach overlooking Bribie Island to Bokarina Beach. A great place to walk or bike ride.
Getting Around:
Kings Beach is part of the town of Caloundra which is a drive of 1hour and 25 minutes from the Brisbane airport.
Plenty of parking and public transport available near the apartment.
The Caloundra Transit centre is a 20 minute walk. Buses leave from there regularly to Landsborough Train Station, linking Brisbane and Nambour, buses also depart to Maroochydore and Noosa.
