Sit by the pool under one of the umbrellas with a cold beverage next to you on one of our two side tables while the family takes a dip in the pool. Our property is 5 minutes to DT Eau Gallie, 7 minutes to DT Melbourne,10 minutes to Canova beach, and 12 minutes to Indialantic Boardwalk.Making our location a prime spot for local hot spots.We hope our property can bring fun, and new memories to your family.
Spacious 1920 sq ft family home with an open concept layout. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house is perfect for families needing space for your next trip. A primary suite with a king bed including a roku tv. A lovely bunk bed room with the bottom full bed, and a twin top bed. Perfect for any family needing extra beds for the kids. A queen room including a built in phone charger plug in the headboard with a roku tv. Last bedroom including two full beds overlooking the amazing pool. All room include black out curtains to help reduce the Florida sun when you are trying to sleep in because yes its vacation and you deserve to sleep in.
Let’s just get this out of the way. Absolutely no parties. If we suspect a party we will ask you to leave the property, and authorities will be called. No outside guests from what is authorized are allowed to visit unless discussed with us. Our home is in a family friendly neighborhood, and we want to continue to respect our neighbors. With that being said we are easy going if you communicate with us. We understand if a family member wants to visit, but we need to know these things from a liability standpoint. We hope you understand this.
Kitchen/living room/ and dining room all in an open concept. When this house was remodeled, a wall separating the dining and living room was taken out giving the open space. Enjoy making a snack in the kitchen while the family is gathering in the living room enjoying the TV above the electric fireplace.
Kitchen includes all plates, bowls, cups, blender, air fryer, utensils, pots, and pans. If you need anything specific please reach out so we can make sure to provide everything you and your family needs.
Coffee bar is right next to the fridge. Brand new Keurig coffee maker with complimentary local coffee.
Game room located right before the double doors to get to the pool has a mini size foosball/billiards combo. An extra large TV for any games/shows you and your family would love to watch. A variety of family boards games located under that TV.
All TV's include complimentary Spectrum TV which is under the Spectrum app. Please log into any other streaming services, and make sure to log out after you leave. If you forget feel free to reach out, and we will log out for you.
Pool/hot tub/backyard area has 3 different seating areas for your enjoyment. We have an outdoor sofa with a side table, and two lounge chairs with built in tables for your food/drinks. We also have three umbrella placed around the pool. Please make sure to close them at night if you use them. Please refrain from having glass bottles/containers by the pool. Solar lights installed to enjoy the pool area in the evening time. Banana trees line the property along Elbow Creek, and feel free to have any if ready. Please be aware this is Florida, and critters do live in and around the water.
Garage access will be available for guests if needed to store items that you do not want to bring in the house. We understand this is a family home so feel free to use it especially if you are here for a baseball/softball tournament for the USSSA stadium. Laundry is also in the garage, and guests have access to this. Please try not to overload the washer to preserve our equipment. No cars in the garage and strictly only 4 cars per driveway max. No cars in the yard or street parking at all. If you have more than 4 cars please request through us or you will be asked to leave. We respect our neighbors, and want to continue to maintain a quiet, family friendly environment.
