Make yourself at home in this lovely 4-bedroom family friendly Kennesaw retreat! Located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough for easy assess to Kennesaw State University and many restaurants and shopping.
There is a large well equipped kitchen that will be sure to please any chefs.
There are 2 living rooms off the kitchen area. One is a smaller quaint sitting room to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The other living room is a spacious open room with a large tv.
There is lovely informal dining room off the kitchen which is open to the living rooms. Or there is a formal dining room for a special family dinner or a great place for cards and family board games.
There are 4 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed, perfect for a group getaway!
The large master bedroom has a king bed and is located on the main floor. The master bathroom has a lovely garden jetted jacuzzi tub and very large walk in closet.
There is also a half bath on the main level.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. (2 Queen beds and one Full bed).
There is a large Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 vanities and one tub/shower for the 3 upstairs bedrooms to share but there is also a bathroom in the finished basement.
Downstairs is a finished basement that is great spot for tv watching or a game of ping pong! There is also an exercise room with a treadmill and some weights.
There is also a bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower. The basement does not have central heat or AC but has a portable heater and this area stays very comfortable year round.
A large fenced yard makes it a great family home for kids or furbabies. When weather permits there is a large outside dining table and Weber charcoal grill.
The home is located in a lovely family neighborhood so no loud parties are allowed. It’s a great walking neighborhood with side walks and a great park nearby.
