Two properties back from Leavitt Bay on the Phillips Brook, our year round 4 BR 4 BA waterfront home is a prime spot for entertainment and activities. With direct water access, a private boat dock, a hot tub, a built in outdoor kitchen, a firepit and more, this property has it all for your enjoyment. Washer/dryer available and split AC/heat units throughout. 5 minutes to Maine, 20 minutes to King Pine Ski Resort and 30 minutes from Conway. 10 minutes to the local Golf Course. Well behaved pets considered.
Dock:
There is your own private boat dock in the Brook in the backyard ideally best for a jet boat or pontoon or it must be a boat that draws less than 20 inches.
Beach/Swimming:
There is a small private beach onsite but swimming is not ideal in the Brook. There will be maps provided to the multiple sandbars and swimming spots but will require a boat ideally. Kayaks and paddle boards are also options but would less options direct from the house.
Pets:
If bringing pets, please pick up after them.
Game Room:
The garage is currently in use but we are looking to turn it into a game room.
