Summary: The team at this hotel we the epitome of professionalism and took pride in the service they provided. Vincenzo met us at check in and was phenomenal. All staff were excellent, hotel was excellent and location is excellent. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the heart of old town Bolzano.
