Upstairs, a private guest suite accessed via exterior stairs includes a fourth bedroom, gym, office, and additional living area.
The U-shaped layout wraps around a landscaped English garden and a heated gunite pool with hot tub, offering privacy and serenity. Set back 500 feet from the road, the property feels tucked away while remaining close to everything. Bikes, surfboards, and beach gear are also provided.
