All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The trash can is located in the small shed off to left side of the house, if you are looking directly at the house.
The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for families or groups of friends. It features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it the perfect home away from home.
The first bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, with a full-over-full bunk bed and a full trundle, providing plenty of sleeping space.
