Summary: Rented the property for 21 days February/March 2024. The property met the basic and minimal requirements for the stay. The pool spa area was very disappointing and not very accommodating. The yard was very disheveled, and we finally had to call to ask about having the weeds mowed. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the television and appliances as well as information about the area for nonresidents. (Emergency/medical services) There were no screens on the doors so ended up having to prop them open to get fresh air. The steps were very treacherous, trying to get our items inside as there was no porch & door could not be propped open.
