Summary: My family and I stayed here in August 2022. The house was nice size and the neighborhood was good. However, the house has not been cleaned well in years, the kitchen was not fully stocked, there wasn't even a measuring cup, no lobster pot. The screen doors were not on track and kept falling off. The property manager stated they would be there on the Monday to fix screens and never showed. Overall we had a good time, but we rent a beach house every year and cook a lot, I was disappointed because they said "fully stocked kitchen" and it wasn't. Not to mention the oven was smoking because there was so much grease in it bubbling on the bottom. Needless to say I will not rent from these property managers again.
