GUEST ACCESS -
The home is on the same very large lot with another separate home. In the other home lives the owner's (your host Jereme) father! He's super friendly so always wave if you see him on your way in! You are at least 500-700' from the other home. When you enter you'll go down a separate driveway that passes the house closest to the street and finally reach The Ultimate Escape. You can park in front of the house or on the driveway. There is tons of off-street parking as well.

PET RULES/FEES:
We allow (2) pets! You must agree to: a $25/night per pet fee (Please note taxes are not included in this fee), added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.

If you have a service animal we are 100% compliant with these laws but you are still asked to inform us AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL NATURALLY BE ASSUMED IT IS A PET, and you are still responsible for all cleaning and/or damage to the premises that occurs as a result of the animal. ESA in Utah is not the same as a service animal and will be treated as a pet.

HOUSE RULES -
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time - violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the "additional guest fee" associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 6 doesn’t mean it's all included in the nightly rate).
3) Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide on the VRBO platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

5) Quiet Hours are from 10 pm-8 am. It’s a family neighborhood.
6) Hot Tub Information- Before using the hot tub make sure to unbuckle all 4 plastic clips on both sides of the cover before folding it over so they do not break. They break really easily and are costly to repair. When you are done using the tub, please latch them again.
Please be sure to wash the body of any dirt, oils, and/or lotions before entering the hot tub, and do not spill any beverages/eat any food in the hot tub. After each hot tub use, we ask that you place a small baggie of shock that is provided in the metal basket above the fridge in the hot tub and run the jets for a few minutes. Be sure to turn the jets off after those few minutes. This will help keep the water super fresh during your stay! Be sure to keep the shock baggies away from kids and pets! There will be a $75 charge if the hot tub water is in very poor condition after your stay. By following these hot tub rules, all guests will be able to enjoy a clean hot tub during their stay!
7) If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $200 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund.
8)WE DO HAVE, AND DO MONITOR OUR EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS in front and in the back SO PLEASE ADHERE TO THE RULES :) They are cameras which is motion activated and can record video and audio and are used for the safety of our guests.
9) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
