Two-bedroom house with 1.5 bathrooms. Gorgeous kitchen with all brand new flooring and countertops, comfortable dining room, and living room with an oversized sectional (doubles as a comfortable bed for 2), open floor plan, and large, luxurious windows allowing natural lighting with views of the treetops.
This space is relaxation-inducing, allowing you and your party to have a comfortable and luxurious time.
Unfortunately, this is not an ideal stay for children as there are antiques and no child-proofing measures have been taken.
Laundry room/garage access is only given to guests staying 1 week or more. Please be advised there are cameras onsite.
Private driveway parking for one vehicle only, please. Please park on the right side of the driveway. Lots of guest parking is available within walking distance (follow the loop of the road and you will see the guest spaces to the left and right). Located across the street from Kaiser, within walking distance to a 24-hour Starbucks (with drive-thru!). Walking distance to restaurants, retail shopping, and quaint mom-and-pop stores. Community pool, sauna, and hot tub for your use.
-Cameras on-premises, incredibly safe and quiet neighborhood. Your closest neighbor is a retired police officer.
-ZERO tolerance for loud noise or get-togethers/parties.
Quiet hours from 10pm -7am.
-Any additional guests beyond the requested amount will need approval before entering the home. Lack of approval will result in immediate removal from the home.
-No smoking inside the home (a $550 cleaning fee will be applied if this is not adhered to).
-This space is PERFECT for someone looking for a quiet, serene, and safe space to stay.
-Only door-delivered packages. The guest will not have access to the mailbox.

-Trash is picked up every Thursday. The trash bin is kept in the garage. Bring bin to curb for pick up, bring bin back inside by Thursday evening (HOA has strict policies on bringing the bin in ASAP).
-No parking curbside at any time (HOA has a strict towing policy). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway, guest parking or on the street.
