Set on a spacious one-acre lot, our property boasts a large, flat front yard, perfect for yard games and outdoor fun. With 230 feet of pristine waterfront at the end of a secluded dead-end road, you'll experience ultimate tranquility surrounded by nature. Despite its peaceful setting, you're just 5-10 minutes from Smith Lake Marina and Drifter’s Restaurant by car, and a scenic 15-minute boat ride to Trident Marina and Restaurant. For shopping and dining, Cullman is only a short 20-minute drive away.
The main home has been beautifully remodeled with fresh paint, new flooring, cabinets, and countertops. It features three inviting bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The sunroom is a favorite gathering spot, filled with windows that offer stunning lake views, a dining table, cozy couches, a TV, and a spacious swinging bench/bed. The main living room includes a large sectional couch, a TV, and an air hockey table, creating a fun space for both kids and adults to enjoy. A separate deck over the lake provides an excellent spot for summer fishing.
