Our home is situated in a gated and guarded community of Tierra Pacifica. Our home is 30 minutes away from Tamarindo and close to a variety of outdoor activities (surfing, boogie boarding, hiking, zip lines, volcanoes, etc.). Beach is an easy 15-minute walk through the tropical dry forest or you can drive up right to the beach in 5-7 minutes.
Our modern, bright, and airy home combines the natural serenity of the tropical dry forest with the luxury convenience of "home". Windows throughout allow for natural cooling cross breezes to flutter through the open living spaces. It also enables an enormous amount of natural light and lets you observe the immaculate nature.
