The chalet was built in 2017 and beautifully and luxuriously furnished by an interior designer. It has a dream location with the large windows facing south and west. A balcony and the panoramic terrace offer sensational views of the imposing Hochkönig mountains.
The traditionally built chalet has a modern interior and is very comfortably and luxuriously furnished. The apartment on the ground floor is used as a holiday home by the owners.
For rent is the beautiful apartment on the first floor with its own wooden staircase. From the anteroom, which has 4 practical cupboards, go into the sunny, large open plan living room with the sensational views of the Hochkönigs Mountains. A comfortable sofa and the open fireplace provide for cozy evenings and the fully equipped kitchenette next to the traditional wooden table with bench and 6 chairs is perfect for a dinner with family or friends. in the basement there is a sauna with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The Hochkönig Lift is opposite the house and connects the region with 120 km of perfectly groomed slopes and snow-covered powder snow slopes. You can ski straight to the chalet. A magnifying glass runs 20m in front of our house.
The lovely village of Hinterthal is an 8-minute walk away and offers many good restaurants to pamper yourself at the end of the sporty day.
