Positive: Perfect for a winter gate away - we were two couples on a New Year’s gate away in Umbria and we rented the two beds apartment for three nights. It was lovely to able to have a kitchen/common area to have a drink together/chat but also separate rooms and toilets for privacy to spend alone time with our significant one. Close to Assisi enough but also in the country side so you could do both sightseeing and relaxing. We used the Spa and when I would 100% recommend the couple massage (was AMAZING), I would personally not recommend just the spa entrance as it was not big enough/had enough amenities for the entrance fee price. In general, the hotel staff members were lovely and every interaction was smooth and easy. Would love to be back in the summer!

Negative: Thin walls/could hear the family next to us - but they might have been particularly loud so just a note!
