There are 3 outside sitting areas-one off the main level with a large patio and BBQ, one in the enclosed garden and an upstairs patio off the main bedroom with mountain views. Dunbar village 2 blocks away with restaurants, grocery stores, cafe (including Starbucks and Tim Hortons), pharmacies, banks, liquor stores and community centre for fitness needs. Ten minute walk away to UBC Pacific Spirit Park for kilometres of walking and biking trails. Summary: The house was as described and was perfect for our purpose. There was an excellent manual on the house and area that was really helpful and the host was very responsive. Made getting our son checked in to residence at UBC much easier.
