'Ventidue' is nestled in the hills above Baveno within the grounds of a Liberty-style villa, offering a secure, gated environment. Enjoy the pool, garden, and reserved parking for residents. The space
My apartment is on the ground floor and approx. 55sq.m over one level - contemporary in style with a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area.
You have magnificent views from two French doors opening onto the balcony, which has a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an espresso machine, chef knives, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The living area has a comfortable double sofa-bed, ‘magic’ table, Smart TV and DVD player.
There's a good size bedroom that can easily accommodate a cot, supplied. It has a ceiling fan for extra comfort.
The bathroom is modern with a corner shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, and washing machine. Soap and shampoo are provided.
I often use the apartment so it's fully functional and the kitchen is stocked with basics, which guests are welcome to use. Cleaning spray, washing-up liquid, and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience.
Entry - Ventidue is fitted with a Danalock keyless lock for your convenience. The main gate has a 1Control smart system. These work via a Smartphone/tablet and an invitation link will be sent a week before with instructions for both.
Please read this AHEAD of arrival to familiarise yourself with the systems. I may not always be available to answer questions when you arrive!
Please note; you do need a car, it is not in town but on the hill behind, the pool is unheated and for all guests. The Villa is child-friendly and high season is busy and can be noisier.
Maximum of 4 guests, children over 2 are classed as paying guests.
The price is fully inclusive of all linen and local taxes.

Free WiFi is available, however, in high season this can be slow due to heavy usage. Storms may also affect the connection.
Guests have use of the loungers around the pool (open May - Sept.) and access to a large sun terrace with tables and chairs.
An iron with board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and general cleaning products are provided.
A Petite Star travel cot is available (in bedroom wardrobe), sheets for this are NOT provided. A Chicco high-chair is also provided.
Should an extra guest 'appear' in the flat you will incur an extra cost of €50 per night.
Dog’s are welcome by prior agreement only. A charge will apply per pet per visit, a maximum of two.

TO NOTE:
The garden and pool are communal and for the use of all guests on site. It is unheated and open from mid May-September (weather permitting).
As this is a family-friendly environment the busiest periods are during the school holidays and may be a little noisy with children playing.
No music is to be played outside. Please be mindful of other guests.
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted on the grounds.
