Prime location in Québec city. 5 to 10 minutes walk to majors tourist attraction. Near several nice bike path or roller.
Near Old Port you will have access to all old Quebec by walk from the famous Place Royale to rue St-Jean and Grande Allée.
Do not hesitate to take the funecular from Place Royal to Chateau Frontenac or the ferryboat to Levis back an forth. This will give you the best vue of Québec.
Also you can visit a more local district as rue Cartier, rue St-Joseph and 3e avenue.
Our place is a beautiful small appartement european style with 1 closed bed room. Little kitchen, bathroom with washer-dryer. Nice vew to the beautiful Train station and the Old Port also near the anticarian street. 200 meters from the wall of intramuros old city.

* 30 minutes drive Mont-Saint Anne for beginner, intermediate and professionnal
* Less than one hour drive for a perfect sunny day : Massif de la Petite Rivière Saint-François in Charlevoix
For biking : Few bike path around. A day trip to chutes Montmorency falls (higher than Niagara falls) with children or a day trip aroud Ile d'Orléan for very good cyclist. A day trip to the Old Québec bridge by the lovely path along the Saint-Laurent River. Possibility to take the ferry in front Quebec round trip for a nice break and best view of Québec city. In 15 to 20 minutes bike, you can go to the beach at Beauport Bay. Also some activity like catamaran for rent, kit surfing volleyball.
