The villa is located in the wonderful Chianti area, just 5 minutes from the village of Barberino Val d'Elsa, also reachable with a nice walk along the pedestrian street.
Surrounded by a private garden with lawn, the property features a patio with a lounge area and a lovely tree house, a true paradise for horse lovers.
On the upper floor you will find a large terrace, equipped with sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.
Among the outdoor spaces there is also a private parking and a small above-ground pool (2.20 x 3.20 m, open from May to October) with deck chairs, from which you can admire a beautiful view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
The villa is located near a Bed and Breakfast and an Equestrian Centre, both belonging to the same owners, but the spaces between thse properties are well separated and divided, in order to guarantee the utmost privacy. The b&b boasts a larger pool (6 x 14 m, open from May to October) with deck chairs and parasols, which can also be used for free by guests of the villa. Moreover, at the Equestrian Centre you can take horse riding lessons for beginners and advanced (at an extra cost) upon prior agreement at the time of booking.
Lastly, there is a laundry room inside the b&b, equipped with washing machine and dryer, that can be used by guests of the villa from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The level is completed by a bathroom with shower.
First floor: The upper floor houses a large, scenic and bright open-space living area, furnished with: corner sofa, dining table, fireplace, tv and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
The living room leads directly to the spacious terrace, equipped with sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; exclusive use of the small private pool; use of the large pool shared with the guests of the Bed & Breakfast.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); riding lessons (for beginners 59.00€, for dressage experts 75.00€, for children up to 12 years old 49.00€ - the cost is per person per lesson; please note that the Equestrian Center does not offer horse riding). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
