The villa interiorly covers over 500 square meters and develops in different levels, the ground floor is home to a spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings, original handmade terracotta tiles, and classic furnishings, including antique pieces. The professional kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a five-burner gas stove, electric oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, kettle, and toaster. The second living room, accessed through an archway from the first, is elegantly furnished with long sofas and an armchair.
