Whether it is the fabulous cuisine that Dallas is known for, or great shopping experiences, we are wonderfully situated within walking distance of both. Found in a carefully maintained, historic Tudor, our condo has been beautifully prepared for your stay in this family-friendly neighborhood.
The space
Both stylish and roomy; comfortably and relaxing...this upper level, 2000 sq. ft. unit is one of four carefully prepared residences in this Tudor building. Your friends and family will be able to gather together or spread out comfortably for a stay to enjoy the best that Dallas has to offer.
With decorator details and original period design throughout, you will find charming details in the plaster walls, ornamental tile fireplace and rich wood flooring throughout the space. We've named her "The Audrey" and prepared her to be a home for guests for one night stay or a few weeks at a time!
You'll find a well equipped kitchen, a dining room that features a large round table, a spacious yet cozy living room, and sunroom/office with a dedicated work space.. Two full baths and plenty of sleeping space to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with an adjacent private sunroom/office with its own twin plus trundle bed and a convenient desk/work space. A spacious second bedroom also boasts a king bed, so there's no need to argue over the bigger bed. Both bedrooms have additional comfortable seating for reading or just relaxing. There are two full, updated baths, one with a shower/tub combo and a smaller second bath with a shower only. The lovely patio is hard to pass up without at least one cup of coffee or glass of wine while you enjoy the quiet bustle of the amazing neighborhood.
