Bay Front, Single Family Home with Panoramic Views! The best location in Monterey Beach. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the breeze off the deck overlooking Barnegat Bay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Crab, fish, kayak, stand up paddle board, lie in the sun, play in the sand, and swim off the dock while enjoying your vacation at the Jersey shore. Dine and grill bayside as you enjoy spectacular sunsets. Please inquire for weekends and off-season rentals, we try to accomodate for the entire year.
This spacious home has 6 bedrooms (all on the second floor) and 3 full baths. Master Bedroom has a king and a loft with a sitting area outside overlooking the bay. Second Bedroom has a queen overlooking the water. Third bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed overlooking the bay. Fourth Bedroom has a queen and a loft. Fifth bedroom has king and a loft. Sixth bedroom has a king off the sitting room. Two decks located on the second floor overlooking the water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Spacious family room has windows on 3 sides overlooking the bay. TV/DVD Cable.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Two outdoor faucets and a hot & cold outdoor shower. Gas Grill (tanks provided, you may need to fill them at Lavallette Hardware). Three outdoor tables. Parks six cars.
Bay Beach, just a short walk away, has a full playground with swings, lifeguard on duty all summer. Monterey Beach is a great family beach for swimming, surfing, playing in the sand, or just relaxing and catching sun.
