Casa Maria Cristina has just been renovated. The house is located in the center of Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, the Lattari Mountains behind and the Gulf of Salerno in front. It is located on the 3. and last floor of a multi-family building built by terraces, typical for the Amalfi Coast. From the large panoramic terrace you have a splendid sea view, view to Positano and the Sorrento Peninsula with Capri on the horizon. It is close to the bus stop, all kinds of shops and restaurants. There is the possibility of free parking along the road starting from approx. 200 m from the house, with pay-ticket easypark at 50m. "Cala La Gavitella" beach can be reached by foot in 10 minutes, "Marina di Praia" beach can be reached by a local bus or in 20 minutes by foot. Another local bus connects Praiano with Positano and has stops above all the beaches between the two villages.
Casa Maria Cristina has two double bedrooms (the doublebeds can be separated into two single beds), one single bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two persons, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large panoramic terrace and garden with pool. On request an extra bed can be added in one of the double bedrooms and/or in the single bedroom. On request we can provide you with a camping cot and a high chair.

Praiano is a quiet village in the center of the Amalfi Coast, away from the confusion of mass tourism. At the beaches 'Marina di Praia' and 'Cala La Gavitella' you can rent deck chairs and sun-umbrellas, there are restaurants and bars. From there you can rent a boat to explore the coast from the sea or take a water taxi to reach the other beaches of the coast. During the summerseason, excursions are organized to Capri and the Emerald Grotto. In the village you can rent a scooter to get around the Amalfi Coast. For mountain lovers there are itineraries such as 'The path of the gods' (Sentiero degli dei) and the walk inside the " iron valley " (Valle delle Ferriere) along the river Canneto with the waterfalls to make wonderful walks in contact with nature and be enchanted by the landscapes cut off from above. There is the possibility of organizing excursions to Capri, Pompei, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, Emerald Grotto and more.
