This lovely 130 m² stone villa is situated on a hill in a beautiful area, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Balze di Valdarno natural area, a lush countryside scenery dotted with pinnacles and gorges carved by time into the bare earth and rocks. Small but luxurious, this secluded country house can accommodate only two people and features an exclusive above-ground pool (5.5 m x 2.8 m, 120 cm deep) and a private spa.
Completely secluded in the greenery and tranquillity of the Florentine Chianti countryside, the house is conveniently located near a restaurant (3 km) and the village of Leccio (4 km) with all the shops for daily needs.
The villa is surrounded by an 880 sqm garden with solarium and barbecue and has a large veranda perfect for outdoor dining and is arranged on three levels.
