As part of a quadruplex, you will have access to the North second-level unit, a 1-car private carport, and a rooftop patio with a hot tub, sauna, outdoor dining area, and BBQ for your enjoyment.
Please note, that the upstairs rooftop patio is a shared space, however, each unit has its own set of outdoor dining tables, BBQ, and hot tub.
