The master bedroom is a King size bedroom with a full size bathroom attached with shower and tub. There is also a large television located in this room.
The second bedroom has a double size bedroom set and there is a full bathroom in the hallway.
There is a queen blow up mattress available to use as well.
There is also a half bathroom located downstairs.
Washer and Dryer is available to your use.
There is a full kitchen with lots of cookware to glassware to use at your leisure.
Lastly, there is seated out door patio area for you to catch some vitamin D.
TURNOVER FEES: A one time turnover fee is required for our turnover services for
customary cleaning and restocking of your unit. If at the time of your departure extra cleaning is required, you may be billed for the extra cleaning services.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m Check-in is after 4 PM. Early check ins may be allowed with
prior approval and payment.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. Late check outs may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the late check-out fee. Guests staying after 11 AM without approval
will be charged an additional full day’s rental. Guest hereby acknowledges that if check-in is prior to 4 PM, check out is after 11AM these
charges may be assessed and charged to credit card provided below.
RIGHT OF ENTRY: Authorized employee or
repairman may enter the premises during normal business hours for any purpose
pertaining to repair, improvement or inspections. There are exterior cameras on site for safety purposes.
PETS: Unless specifically noted NO PETS are allowed in the property. Reports of
unauthorized pets may result in the termination of this agreement with no refund. Guests without approved pets will be charged an additional $250 pet fee. Tenants with an
approved and signed Pet Addendum will be charged a pet fee of $150 prior to reservation.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: Guests assume all responsibility for behavior of self and their guests and agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the development. The total number of persons allowed in the property at any time is restricted to the stated limit for each property. This limit includes all persons of any age occupying the property, regardless of available bedding. Eviction without refund is the penalty for guests that do
not abide by the rules, regulations or restrictions. Should guests behavior necessitate eviction (including a complaint of noise or any other violation set forth by City of Atlanta or any applicable condominium or homeowner's association rules and regulations) all prepaid rents and deposits shall be considered earned.
ABSOLUTELY NO parties or large gatherings are allowed in the inside or outside of the home. This will lead to immediate EVICTION. Absolutely No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, you may smoke on the outside patio are but please dispose of all contents in trash can. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside you will be subjected to a fine of $200.
