If you love the outdoors there are great hikes 45-90 minutes away, with breathtaking scenes, waterfalls and more varieties of nature!
The space

The 𝐀𝐓𝐋 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 is over 2,900 square feet of relaxation and entertainment! Nested in a quiet cul-de-sac, tucked away in the backside of the neighborhood, you can comfortably enjoy the serenity of your stay away from the hustle and bustle of the area.
The home is a rhythmic continuity of eclectic artistry and modern entertainment.

𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐧:
The entertainment room is designed with you in mind.
It features a popcorn machine, with popular movie posters framed throughout the space. The couch is cozy! It's great for lounging while you snack and watch away on the 65 inch Fire TV above the decorative fireplace.
There is also a pool table, with pool sticks and a ball rack hung on the wall adjacent to the pool table.
If you like music, the entertainment room also boasts a Samsung Sound Tower speaker.
There is also a half bath located in the entertainment den, for your convenience.
𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦:
The living space features a Blue Artisan design. The broadened love-seat and day chairs are highlighted with royal blue and golden brass finishes. The decorative record player is stationed on an eastern antique dresser. For all you rock stars, there's also a decorative electric guitar for your appreciation.
The empowering wall art represents strength, fortitude and one's capacity to freely express themselves, without shame or guilt.
For relaxation and streaming, there is also a large flat screen Fire TV with a sound bar attached.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞:
The outdoor living space is fenced in, and nested behind the property. The space dwells on a tiled patio for comfort, with a multicolored, herbal rug for your feet's warmth.
Upon the rug is a modern, outdoor sofa with a glass-topped ottoman. In the midst of it is a glass-topped table, with an in-build fire pit for warmth and ambiance.
To the left of the patio door, is a large Fire TV for additional outdoor entertainment and relaxation.
There is also spacious grass space adjacent to the outdoor patio area for any yard games you may bring, or for children to run around.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧:
This ivory galley is plated with ivory marble counters and floor tile. The ivory cabinetry is offset by the contemporary, resin back splash nestled underneath.
The space boasts stainless steel appliances, and a prep cart that can dual as an island, as well as your cook prep space.
Adjacent to the printer station is a marble-plated high top with bar stools, overlooking the living room space. It's perfect for eating, or watching the Fire TV while your meal is cooking.
Adjacent to the kitchen space is a dining set that features a brunch seat, and 3 chairs, around a wooden-topped dining table.
𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠:
The 2-car garage of the property hosts an EV (electric vehicle) charging station for your electric vehicle. The garage is accessible for parking 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁. Ahead of the garage is a long 2-car wide driveway, with plenty of parking space.
Street parking is also available in the neighborhood.
