Summary:
Sea Breeze is available all year round. There is so much you're able to do when you stay in this home. If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun on the beach in the summer months or sit and relax with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. Enjoy the wine in front of the wood-burning fireplace or sit in the hot tub and relax.
The Space:
One of the newest houses in the area and it is winterized! This is a perfect home for a family reunion, get-together, or couples retreat. With windows all around a cooling breeze off the beach reaches all rooms. This home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The home has 1 twin bed, 1 full bed, and 2 queen beds. You’ll have breathtaking views, cozy outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill.
We find on the "North Fork" that we have the best of both worlds. Tranquility and adventure are at our fingertips.

Our homes have wireless internet and cable TV, and most of our homes come with kayaks! WOW! This is the perfect getaway for any occasion. We are also the #1 destination for all-girl weekends! The vineyards (wine tasting) and farm stands are right around the corner! There's a 5-star restaurant only 5 min away. This home is surrounded by the ocean and natural reserve. It's a great beach town community.
Big Apple is within driving distance of Manhattan. There are daily scheduled trains and buses that can take you in.
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
